About marine tinting

Advanced film built for the water

Marine window tint is a precision-cut, optically clear film applied to the inside of your boat's glass. Unlike standard automotive film, marine-grade formulations resist salt corrosion, moisture and the amplified UV intensity reflecting off water. The film uses nano-ceramic technology to reject solar heat and block over 99% of UV rays while staying completely transparent to radar and electronics.

The result is a cabin that stays cooler in tropical conditions, interiors and furniture that resist fading and salt damage, and dramatically reduced glare whether you're anchored or underway. Every install is precision-cut to your exact portholes and windows, then finished edge-to-edge for a clean, integrated look.

Why marine tint matters

Protection that goes deeper than shade

On the water, UV and heat work twice as hard on your cabin. Quality marine film is comfort and long-term protection for both people and interiors.

Reject intense solar heat

Nano-ceramic film blocks infrared radiation so your cooling system works less and the cabin stays comfortable in tropical climates.

Shield against 99% UV

Protect skin, upholstery, varnish and trim from the accelerated fading and degradation that comes from being on the water.

Eliminate on-water glare

Water reflection and sky brightness create brutal glare. Marine tint cuts it significantly so you stay safer and more comfortable behind the helm.

Reduce salt and moisture damage

Marine-grade adhesives resist salt spray and humidity, keeping your film intact and edges sealed against the harshest conditions.

Maintain electronics clarity

Nano-ceramic film is fully transparent to radar, GPS and marine electronics, so nothing interferes with your navigation or systems.

Rapid installation

Most boats are finished in a single day, so you're back on the water quickly without extended downtime.

Questions

Marine tinting FAQ

What makes marine film different from car tint?
Marine films use salt-resistant adhesives and are tested for humidity and salt spray exposure. Regular automotive tint would fail on the water, so our stock is formulated specifically for marine environments.
Will tint interfere with my radar or navigation?
No. Our nano-ceramic and nano-carbon films are fully transparent to marine radar, GPS and electronic systems, so your navigation and safety equipment work normally.
How long does marine film last in saltwater?
With proper marine-grade film and installation, you can expect 10 to 15 years of performance. Exposure, maintenance and sun intensity affect longevity, which is why we use salt-tested adhesives.
Is there a warranty for marine installations?
Yes. Our marine films carry a comprehensive lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking and UV-related color loss, transferable if you sell the boat.
